Qualifications

We welcome individuals with a background in healthcare, including certified nursing assistants (CNAs), home health aides (HHAs), and personal care assistants (PCAs). However, we also believe in the power of dedication and a compassionate heart—so if you have a strong desire to help others, we are willing to provide training to equip you with the skills needed to deliver high-quality care.

Ideal candidates should:

Have a medical or caregiving background (preferred but not required)
Be dependable, patient, and compassionate
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be willing to complete necessary training and certifications
Be able to pass background checks and meet all state requirement.

Family Hires

We understand that sometimes, the best caregivers are those closest to the individual in need. Our Family Hire program allows relatives and friends to take an active role in providing care and support. Eligible family caregivers can include:

Cousins
Siblings
Neighbors
Grandparents

This program ensures that loved ones can receive care from familiar faces while still maintaining the structure and quality of a professional care plan. However, please note that legal guardians—whether past, present, or future—are not eligible to serve as caregivers.
